We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Listing Coordinator to manage and maintain property listings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will support agents by ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, visually appealing, and published on time. This role is essential in keeping our marketing and listing operations organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, CRM systems, and company website
  • Cold calling
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., Tawtheeq, RERA, Trakheesi where applicable)
  • Coordinate with agents to collect listing details, documents, pricing, and availability
  • Edit and optimize listing descriptions to maximize visibility and lead generation
  • Upload and organize photos, floor plans, videos, and marketing materials
  • Monitor listing performance and make updates as required (price changes, availability, status)
  • Remove expired or leased/sold listings promptly
  • Coordinate property advertising approvals and permit numbers
  • Maintain an organized database of listings and documents
  • Support marketing and admin teams with reports and listing updates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in real estate administration or listing coordination preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with real estate portals and CRMs (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
