Penspen is urgently looking for Punch List Coordinator (Offshore - WHTs, SubseaCable & Piping ) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

  • The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage offshore punch list activities for WHTs, subsea cables, and piping systems through completion and close-out phases.
  • Maintain and control the punch list register, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and status updates of all open items.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, completion, and commissioning teams to ensure timely resolution of punch items.
  • Verify punch item closure through offshore inspections, walkdowns, and documentation review prior to system handover.
  • Ensure punch list management complies with project procedures, client requirements, and HSE standards.
  • Prepare and issue regular punch list status reports and support final system handover and acceptance.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong offshore exposure.
  • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are often required
  • PMC experience will be preferred
  • Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
