Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding clients through property investment opportunities. You will be responsible for advising investors, managing transactions, and building long-term relationships to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and present investment opportunities in residential and commercial properties
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment strategies
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with prospective buyers and investors
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
  • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of investors through networking and referrals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or investment advisory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
