NOC Support Engineering
,
Quality & Business Excellence
, and
Cloud Engineering
. This program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to build a strong foundation for your career in technology and operations.

1. NOC Support Engineer – Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP, servers, storage, backup solutions, operating systems, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
  • Gain familiarity with
    ITIL processes
    and best practices.
  • Work with infrastructure monitoring tools to track system health and alerts.
  • Prepare and maintain reports based on customer and operational requirements.
  • Identify, classify, and prioritize incidents in alignment with business and operational guidelines.
  • Review system performance reports and highlight trends that could indicate potential issues or outages.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and promptly report service degradations or failures.
  • Document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Notify customers and third-party service providers of issues and provide updates on resolution status.
  • Perform basic operational tasks including patch installation, connectivity testing, and script execution.
  • Support OS and patch management activities.
  • Work in a
    24x7 NOC environment
    , including rotating day/night shifts, ensuring high availability and service continuity.

2. Assistant – Quality & Business Excellence (Graduate Trainee)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of internal
    quality training programs
    .
  • Assist with the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of
    Quality Management Systems (QMS)
    , policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits, assist in preparing audit reports, and support corrective action tracking.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Contribute to
    process improvement
    ,
    digital transformation initiatives
    , and operational excellence projects within the Quality & Business Excellence function.

3. Cloud Trainee (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud resources across
    AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
    .
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure components and report abnormalities or performance deviations.
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support knowledge base development.
  • Perform routine cloud operations tasks such as backup validation, patching support, and asset inventory management.
  • Work closely with senior cloud engineers on client engagements, cloud migrations, and testing activities.
  • Participate in continuous learning and certification pathways to strengthen cloud fundamentals.
  • Support automation and scripting tasks under supervision, contributing to tool integrations and process optimization.

Qualification

  • Diplomas or Bachelor's Degrees in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • Passion for learning and building a career in Technology, Quality, or Cloud.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, professional environment.
