Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, compile, and submit NOC applications for landscaping, irrigation, civil works, and infrastructure activities.
  • Coordinate with all relevant UAE authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, Civil Defense, SEWA/FEWA, Municipalities, and other master developers.
  • Track, follow up, and ensure timely issuance of all required permits and approvals.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of authority guidelines, standards, drawings, and procedures.
  • Review shop drawings, utility layouts, and design submissions to ensure compliance with authority requirements.
  • Identify technical conflicts with existing utilities and coordinate solutions with consultants and utility providers.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, correspondence, and routing maps for NOC submissions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records of all authority approvals.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and NOC timelines.
  • Provide support during design changes, authority comments, and resubmissions.
  • Communicate authority feedback clearly to project teams for immediate action.
  • Attend site inspections with authorities when required.
  • Conduct site visits to verify existing utilities and confirm compliance with drawings.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with authority representatives.
  • Ensure all project activities follow UAE authority standards and regulations.
  • Update management regularly on NOC status, risks, and delays.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline approval workflows.
  • 3–5+ years of UAE experience in NOC coordination, preferably within the landscape or construction industry.
