We're looking for a Sales Manager– EMEA to help us market and drive sales for our spare parts trading division. You'll be focused on finding new business opportunities in your allotted region and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business relationships to maximize revenue and profit, while ensuring timely delivery and great service.
  • Get to know the connections between Skyways Technics and our existing and potential customers.
  • Identify key players involved in purchasing spare parts and repair services within customer organisations.
  • Build strong connections with decision-makers.
  • Gather market insights about existing solutions for our customers.
  • Create and sell customised offers tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Ensure our service levels meet both customer and company expectations.
  • Continuously seek out new sales leads with current and future customers.
  • Attend exhibitions and trade fairs to promote our offerings and connect with industry professionals.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to assess potential customers and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Report to the Head of Business Development – EMEA with updates on sales performance and market trends.

Location Requirements:

  • Applicants must be able to relocate and live in Dubai, UAE.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business as needed.
