Role Description

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of public relations, including liaison with government authorities for document clearances, visa processing, and licensing. Tasks include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, handling administrative documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with authorities. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in public relations practices, government liaison, and documentation management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with visa processing, document attestation, and business licensing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and corporate regulations is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
  • Familiarity with legal translation processes is a plus
