Job Summary

Lab Holding is seeking a qualified Public Relation Officer (PRO) who is a native Arabic speaker to manage all government-related affairs and ensure compliance with local regulations. The PRO will act as the official liaison between Lab Holding and relevant government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all government transactions on behalf of Lab Holding
  • Handle visas, residency permits, labor cards, work permits, and renewals
  • Liaise with ministries, immigration, labor departments, municipalities, and other authorities
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on official documents and approvals
  • Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of government-related documentation
  • Coordinate closely with HR and management on employee documentation
  • Stay informed about changes in government rules and procedures

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Good command of English
  • Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar government-relations role
  • Strong knowledge of local labor and immigration regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with holding companies or multi-entity organizations
  • Valid driving license
  • Background in HR or Administration
