You will be the bridge between our front-of-house staff, the kitchen team, and our corporate functions, ensuring that everyone has what they need to deliver a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Office & Operational Administration

  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage the ordering of non-perishable supplies (stationery, cleaning supplies, packaging, uniforms) and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain restaurant licenses, health permits, and safety certificates to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Financial Support: Assist the accounts team with basic bookkeeping, filing invoices, and managing petty cash for daily restaurant needs.
  • Correspondence: Manage emails, phone inquiries, and feedback from customers, directing them to the appropriate department.

2. HR & People Support

  • Roster Management: Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining staff schedules and tracking attendance/leaves.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Help source candidates for floor and kitchen roles, schedule trials/interviews, and manage the "New Joiner" paperwork for Tattvam.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collect and verify timesheets to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.
  • Staff Welfare: Act as a point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, uniforms, or benefits.
  • Training Coordination: Organize food safety training and hospitality workshops for new and existing team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, HR, or Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Skills: * Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills—able to handle the "lunch rush" energy of a restaurant office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Attributes: High integrity, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

SOP Development & Compliance

As our Office & HR Administrator, you will be the custodian of "The Tattvam Way." Your goal is to document excellence so it can be repeated every day.

  • Process Documentation: Work alongside the Head Chef and Floor Manager to draft and update SOPs for hygiene, food handling, table service, and opening/closing duties.
  • HR Handbooks: Create and maintain the Employee Handbook, detailing policies on grooming, attendance, code of conduct, and grievance handling.
  • Audit & Quality Control: Conduct weekly "walk-through" audits to ensure staff are following documented SOPs (e.g., checking that temperature logs are filled or uniforms meet Tattvam standards).
  • Training Manuals: Convert complex workflows into simple, visual checklists for new hires to accelerate their training period.
  • Digital Filing: Maintain a centralized digital library of all SOPs, ensuring the latest versions are always accessible to the relevant department heads.
