We are seeking a Senior Data Quality & Governance Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), and Axon to deliver end-to-end data quality and governance solutions aligned with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements across enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document data quality and governance requirements.
  • Translate business rules and regulatory needs into functional and technical data quality controls.
  • Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis using IDQ and SQL.
  • Design and implement data quality rules, metrics, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Configure and manage governance workflows, stewardship processes, and issue remediation in Axon.
  • Maintain business glossary, metadata assets, data dictionaries, and lineage in EDC.
  • Validate controls through SIT/UAT and monitor ongoing data quality performance in production.
  • Support continuous improvement of data quality and governance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Quality and Data Governance roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDQ, Axon, and EDC.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
