Digital Marketing Executive cum Showroom In-Charge

Location: Dubai – Jebel Ali (Opposite Expo 2020)

Showroom: Dubai Trade Market (Yiwu Market / YIWU Mall)

Areas We Operate: Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah

Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000

About the Role

Flamingo Furniture Factory is a growing furniture company operating across Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah. We specialize in both home and office furniture, with a strong focus on office items such as workstations, office tables, chairs, reception desks, and more.

We are looking for a candidate who can take charge of both digital marketing and showroom customer handling. This position requires someone confident, creative, and capable of converting customer inquiries into sales.

What You Will Do:

Digital Marketing

  • Manage our social media pages and overall online presence
  • Create posters, graphics, videos, and engaging marketing content
  • Upload and manage product listings on our website, Amazon, and other platforms
  • Promote our website and run online campaigns
  • Write clear product descriptions, captions, and promotional content
  • Strengthen the brand's visibility and generate customer leads

Showroom & Sales

  • Attend walk-in customers at our showroom in Yiwu Market
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture
  • Provide confident, clear communication and strong convincing ability
  • Close sales effectively and follow up with customers when needed
  • Maintain showroom display and ensure a professional customer experience
  • Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Training Period (1–2 Weeks)

During the first one to two weeks, you will receive training about:

  • Our furniture product range
  • Material types, specifications, and models
  • Furniture categories (home & office)
  • Pricing structure and product features

This training will allow you to develop full product knowledge before handling customers independently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Ability to design posters, banners, and marketing content
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good sales ability and confidence in closing deals
  • Basic understanding of home & office furniture is a plus
  • Ability to learn products quickly
  • Must be based in Dubai or able to work in Jebel Ali

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 2,500 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
