We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Interior Fit-Out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong financial management skills, excellent knowledge of project-based accounting, and prior experience in the fit-out or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
  • Handle project-based accounting, including cost allocation, WIP reports, and revenue recognition.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
  • Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting for multiple projects.
  • Evaluate project costs, variations, procurement expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure proper VAT calculation, filing, and compliance with UAE FTA requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and external auditors.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement strong internal controls.
  • Support management with financial analysis, forecasts, and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and financial records for fit-out projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
  • Freshers may apply, but candidates with UAE or industry experience will be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (SAP, Tally, Odoo, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, audit procedures, and IFRS standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing projects.
