Job Description

Magic Kartz is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT filing and returns
  • Coordinate with auditors and manage internal and external audits
  • Monitor expenses, cost controls, and profitability
  • Handle payroll coordination and statutory deductions
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail, entertainment, or F&B)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling multiple business units or locations
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory reporting in the UAE
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
