We implement and customize Odoo ERP — a scalable platform that helps companies manage all business processes in a single system (finance, sales, operations, logistics, HR, production).

Our team adapts Odoo to real business processes and helps companies run more efficiently.

About the role

We are looking for a Russian-speaking SDR / Lead Generation Manager to build a strong pipeline of demo meetings with companies in the Europe and the MENA region.

This is an international outbound role.

You will not be responsible for closing deals — your focus is on finding the right companies and booking qualified demo meetings.

What you will do

  • Research and identify target companies
  • Reach out to decision makers (CEO, Finance, Operations, Sales) via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
  • Respond to inbound messages and leads
  • Qualify prospects and book demo meetings
  • Track your work and results in CRM

Career growth:

Top performers can start running demos and grow into Business Development, Sales, or Team Lead roles — this can happen quickly if you deliver results.

Requirements (mandatory)

  • Рroficiency in Russian — for daily communication inside the team
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar)
  • English C1+ — all client communication is in English
  • International B2B sales or lead generation experience
  • Confident using LinkedIn for outreach
