E-commerce & Brand Experience Executive

This position will support the marketing team by managing digital assets, executing email marketing campaigns, updating and maintaining the Shopify website, and analyzing marketing performance. This role ensures smooth backend operations, accurate product information, compelling visual content, and effective market insights to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Support
- Manage Shopify backend tasks including inventory checks, price uploads, seasonal product uploads, and collection creation.
- Handle online merchandising, product page updates, banner creation, and functionality testing for new apps.
- Analyse monthly sales data using Shopify analytics, QuickBooks, and Google Analytics.
- Generate insights from these reports to guide marketing strategies and improve webshop performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the user experience and drive sales.
Asset Management & Visual Content Production
- Organize, edit, resize, rename, and upload product images while ensuring that all visual assets are consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines across all channels.
- Create brand and marketing materials including seasonal catalogues, brand presentations, and launch collateral.
- Support wider marketing activity through the development of ad-hoc creative materials as required, including colour swaps in Photoshop and updating CAD presentation materials with badges.
Email Marketing (B2B & B2C)
- Design and set up email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement), including creative development in Canva.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign and flow performance, and continually optimise for improved engagement and conversion.
- Contribute to the overall email marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for growth, proposing new campaign ideas, and enhancing content and segmentation approaches.
Photoshoot Assistance
- Assist with photoshoot logistics including model and location selection.
- Ensure all products and props are prepared and check samples for quality control.
- Support on-site during photoshoots and post-photoshoot QC checks.
Market Research & Competitor Pricing
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis both online and offline.
- Update and maintain a competitor pricing tracker and provide insights for pricing strategy adjustments.
Brand & Product Training
- Organise and deliver brand and product training sessions for internal teams and retail staff.
- Conduct store visits and prepare training materials and post-visit reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify platform management.
- Strong background in email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
- Experience in photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, illustrator) and content management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates (optional but a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-starter with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Driving license and own vehicle
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials and products up to 20 kg.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5, AED6,500.00 per month
