About the Role

We are looking for a
Data / Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
, coupled with solid
business analysis skills
to support digital transformation and technology projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring
requirements are well-defined, solutions are data-driven, and outcomes meet business objectives
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document
    business requirements
    and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Prepare
    Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
    ,
    use cases
    , process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Perform
    data analysis
    to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.
  • Build
    dashboards, reports, and KPIs
    in
    Microsoft Excel and Power BI
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
  • Support project delivery using
    Jira
    for requirement tracking and backlog management.
  • Perform
    regression testing
    and validate solutions against defined requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
    .
  • Proven experience as a
    Data Analyst or Business Analyst
    in IT or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
    and
    Power BI
    .
  • Experience using
    Jira
    for project collaboration.
  • Ability to create
    BRDs, use cases, wireframes, and process documentation
    .
  • Knowledge of
    software testing concepts
    , including regression testing.
  • Strong
    critical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation
    skills.
  • Excellent
    interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • High attention to detail with an analytical and structured approach.
