Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards that communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders across various departments.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Microsoft Dynamics and external databases, to provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis and report findings.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for team members on using Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in the design and optimization of the overall data architecture, ensuring that data pipelines are efficient and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement data governance and ensure data security standards are followed.
  • Ensure that Microsoft Dynamics is properly integrated into reporting and analytics workflows.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and query optimization.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and translating business requirements into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in automating reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,200.00 per month
