- Oversee travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the trust and integrity of the Managing Director's office.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets related to the Managing Director's office and associated projects.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives led by the Managing Director, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support the Managing Director in drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to enhance productivity within the Managing Director's office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
- Proven track record of working within corporate environments, ideally in fast-paced sectors such as finance or technology.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Expertise in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
- High level of emotional intelligence, allowing for effective interaction with diverse personalities and handling sensitive situations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all documentation and correspondence are error-free.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
