Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with expertise in aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel works. The ideal candidate will also have experience in drafting (AutoCAD) and a basic understanding of accounting principles, enabling seamless coordination across technical and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel fabrication works
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs to generate material take-offs and pricing
  • Create detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for updated pricing and lead times
  • Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to finalize proposals
  • Prepare invoices, track job costing, and assist with basic project accounting
  • Maintain documentation for project quotations, revisions, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estimation for aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel fabrication
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting tools
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques and construction materials
  • Familiarity with accounting basics (cost tracking, invoicing, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in UAE/GCC fabrication industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2, AED4,500.00 per month
