Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Bodyshop Estimator will be responsible for evaluating vehicle damage to determine the cost of repairs and preparing accurate estimates for customers and insurance companies. The role involves inspecting damaged vehicles, liaising with technicians and insurance adjusters, and ensuring detailed and transparent communication with customers. The Bodyshop Estimator must provide professional service while helping to streamline repair processes and meet customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in damage assessment, cost estimation, and familiarity with estimating software
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills for effective communication
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle structure and repair processes
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the automotive or body shop industry is highly recommended
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, is advantageous
- A valid UAE driver's license is preferred
