We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in the secondary (resale) real estate market in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals in residential resale properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of resale properties (apartments, villas, townhouses).
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to buyers and sellers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers, close sales, and handle transactions from listing to completion.
  • Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (admin, marketing, conveyancing) to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the UAE secondary real estate market.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and resale processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
