Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our real estate brand's online presence. This individual will be responsible for content creation, publishing, and audience engagement across all social media platforms in alignment with marketing goals set by the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that support real estate marketing objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Multimedia Artist and Photographer to create visually appealing posts.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and increase engagement.
  • Analyse performance metrics and report insights to the Marketing Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign ideation and execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in social media marketing, preferably within the real estate or creative industries.
  • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Suite, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with short-form video content and influencer collaboration is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and deliver content punctually.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
