Job Title: Social Media Specialist/ videographer.

We are looking for a (female only) highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist with starng marketing knowledge to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that will drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and improve customer satisfaction.

Must have at least 4 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage social media accounts on various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Google My Business.
  • Create and curate content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to increase engagement and reach.
  • Analyse social media data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media, Google, and SEO trends and best practices.
  • Optimise social media posts and profiles for SEO purposes.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic and engagement from social media platforms.
  • Utilize Google Ads to manage paid social media campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google My Business and Google Analytics and Canvas.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Andvance photo and video skills ( with camera)
  • PR knowledge
  • Word press and basic web design ability.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and track performance using social media analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
