Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing product listings on major online platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading, optimizing, and maintaining our product catalog across multiple e-commerce channels to drive visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and update product listings on platforms like Noon, Amazon, etc.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, titles, specifications, and pricing.
  • Monitor listing performance and make necessary updates to improve ranking and visibility.
  • Analyze competitor listings and pricing strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to listings/orders.
  • Stay updated with platform policies, listing guidelines, and algorithm change

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product listing and e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience with Noon, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling multiple product categories.
  • Knowledge of basic image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and dashboards.
