We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to drive occupancy, rental income and tenant satisfaction across the portfolio.

Role Overview

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for the end‑to‑end leasing function for residential and commercial properties, working closely with property and facilities management teams to ensure high occupancy, asset performance and service quality, in full compliance with RERA and Dubai tenancy regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental income targets for residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties.
  • Lead, guide and monitor the leasing team (leasing executives/agents); set targets and review daily/weekly performance.
  • Manage the full leasing cycle: handling enquiries, coordinating viewings, preparing offers, negotiating lease terms, obtaining approvals, and finalizing contracts.
  • Negotiate new leases, renewals and rent increases in line with company policy, market conditions and RERA guidelines.
  • Oversee preparation and execution of tenancy contracts, renewals, terminations, Ejari registration and related documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with property and facilities management teams for handover, snagging, move‑in/move‑out, maintenance requests and service issues.
  • Monitor vacancies, tenant mix, rent rolls and lease expiries; plan and execute renewal/retention strategies.
  • Track and report on enquiries, viewings, offers, deals, occupancy and rental performance; prepare regular management reports.
  • Conduct regular market research on competing properties, rental rates and promotions; recommend pricing and campaigns to remain competitive.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients and brokers to support leasing and retention.
  • Handle escalated tenant issues professionally and support resolution in coordination with facilities and property management.
  • Ensure all leasing processes comply with RERA, Ejari, UAE tenancy laws and internal company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of UAE experience in real estate leasing, preferably with a developer, property management or facilities management company.
  • At least 2–3 years in a supervisory / Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing role.
  • Strong exposure to residential and/or commercial leasing and coordination with facilities/maintenance teams.
  • Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, Ejari and UAE tenancy laws.
  • Proven track record in achieving leasing, occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.
  • Currently in the UAE; immediate joiners or short notice periods preferred.
