Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Leasing Executive will manage residential and commercial leasing activities, including handling lease negotiations, administering lease agreements, conducting market research, and maintaining tenant relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, showing properties, coordinating with clients, preparing leasing documents, and ensuring compliance with leasing terms and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Leases and related legal and administrative processes
  • Ability to conduct in-depth Market Research and analyze real estate trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology for lease management
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and practices in the UAE is a plus
