Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a wide range of international dishes
  • Ensure compliance with established recipes, portion controls, and quality standards
  • Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
  • Assist senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef
  • Proven experience working with
    International Cuisine
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and professional growth
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
