We are looking for a motivated and passionate
Commis Chef – Mexican Cuisine
to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with authentic Mexican food and a strong interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced professional kitchen.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparation and cooking of traditional Mexican dishes (tacos, quesadillas, burritos, salsas, etc.)
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Support senior chefs during food preparation and service
• Contribute ideas and creativity for menu developmen

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as Commis Chef specializing in
  Mexican cuisine
• Knowledge of Mexican spices, sauces, and cooking methods
• Passion for cooking and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Recruitment Process and Timeline

• Application Review

• Pre-Screening
  : If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a call from our talent team to discuss about the opportunity.
• Interview Process
  : If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial in our dine-in location.
• Offer Discussion
  : Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
