This is a critical role within our Group IT and Data department, focusing on leveraging
RPA, AI, and the Microsoft Power Platform
to deliver measurable business value.

Key Requirements & Expertise:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong, proven background in process automation and next-gen technologies:

  • Deep Automation Experience:
    10+ years
    in process automation, including
    Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
    and
    Digital Process Automation (DPA)
    .
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Proficiency:
    5+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, or Deep Learning
    projects.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Mastery:
    A
    minimum of 4 years
    of hands-on experience with the
    Microsoft Power Platform
    is essential.
  • Project Leadership:
    Proven track record of managing multiple automation projects from concept to deployment.
  • Technical Foundation:
    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required (Master's is a plus).

What You'll Do:

As the Intelligent Automation and Tech Innovation Specialist, you will be a key driver of our digital transformation journey:

  • Lead Projects:
    Manage end-to-end automation and innovation projects, ensuring they align with business goals and operational efficiency targets.
  • Drive Strategy:
    Identify, champion, and implement transformative automation solutions across diverse verticals, modernizing IT and enhancing security.
  • Collaborate:
    Work closely with System Integrators (SIs), vendor partners, business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Analyze & Design:
    Work with business units to analyze processes, translate needs into detailed automation workflows, and design scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Tech Assessment:
    Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge automation technologies, including RPA, DPA, AI, and machine learning, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
