We're Hiring: Assistant IT Manager – AI, RPA & Automation

Are you passionate about
AI, automation, and modernizing IT systems
? We're looking for a hands-on Assistant IT Manager to drive innovation across ERP, warehouse, and supply chain systems while modernizing legacy applications.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design and deployment of
    AI/ML models
    , including Large Language Model (LLM) implementations.
  • Develop
    Python-based applications
    for automation, analytics, and system integration.
  • Implement and manage
    RPA solutions
    using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Python-based bots.
  • Support the
    modernization of ERP systems
    and migration of legacy .NET applications to modern frameworks.
  • Assist in day-to-day IT operations and train teams on new technologies.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of IT experience, with 2–3 years in AI, RPA, or automation projects.
  • Strong
    Python programming skills
    and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
  • Hands-on experience with
    RPA platforms
    (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with
    ERP systems
    (SAP preferred), .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
