Cluster Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue management operations for assigned hotels across the Dubai market.
- Develop and implement room pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies for transient, group, and catering segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts to optimize RevPAR and profitability.
- Lead weekly sales and revenue strategy meetings with hotel leadership teams.
- Ensure accurate rate loading, inventory management, and timely updates in all systems.
- Execute eChannel and OTA strategies to maximize online visibility and revenue.
- Provide revenue performance critiques and monthly analysis reports to hotel management.
- Manage rate parity across booking channels and maintain data integrity in all systems.
- Utilize revenue management tools such as One Yield, High Performance Pricing, and Premium Room Pricing (PRP).
- Train and mentor property-level revenue teams, ensuring best practices and system compliance.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role, preferably in a cluster or regional capacity.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., One Yield, Opera, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and align strategies across brands.
