Oversee revenue management operations for assigned hotels across the Dubai market.
Develop and implement room pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies for transient, group, and catering segments.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand forecasts to optimize RevPAR and profitability.
Lead weekly sales and revenue strategy meetings with hotel leadership teams.
Ensure accurate rate loading, inventory management, and timely updates in all systems.
Execute eChannel and OTA strategies to maximize online visibility and revenue.
Provide revenue performance critiques and monthly analysis reports to hotel management.
Manage rate parity across booking channels and maintain data integrity in all systems.
Utilize revenue management tools such as One Yield, High Performance Pricing, and Premium Room Pricing (PRP).
Train and mentor property-level revenue teams, ensuring best practices and system compliance.

Ideal Profile

Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., One Yield, Opera, or similar platforms).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and align strategies across brands.
