Job Purpose

Candidate will be responsible for driving business development, key account management, and revenue growth across the Middle East and African markets. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor and dealer networks, and achieving sales targets for product-based solutions while working closely with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute frontline B2B sales strategies across Middle East and African markets.
  2. Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and key B2B customers.
  3. Generate new leads through market visits, networking, tele-calling, and industry contacts.
  4. Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, order closure, and after-sales coordination.
  5. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration objectives.
  6. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order execution, deliveries, and collections.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management review.
  8. Support pricing strategies based on market trends, competition, and cost structures.
  9. Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across the MEA region.
  10. Ensure accurate sales data entry and reporting in CRM / ERP systems, preferably Odoo.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales/ Business Development.
  3. B2B experience mandatory in a product-based organization, preferably in solar power.
  4. Proven track record in distributor management, channel sales, and international B2B sales.
  5. Strong understanding of MEA market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  6. Experience coordinating with logistics and finance teams for export sales is mandatory.
  7. Proficiency in CRM / ERP systems; Odoo experience is an added advantage.
  8. Must be able to travel extensively domestic and international as per business requirements.
  9. Fluent in English; Arabic/ French/ Russian/ Persian is an added advantage.
