We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. We need someone who is physically fit, responsible, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Warehouse Operations:

Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing stock to ensure proper inventory management and smooth workflow.

  • Picking & Packing:

Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for dispatch.

  • Stock Handling & Movement:

Load, unload, and move materials or products using manual handling techniques; maintain proper stock arrangement in designated areas.

  • Inventory Support:

Participate in regular stock checks, counting, and updating records to help maintain accurate inventory levels.

  • Warehouse Maintenance:

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized by following safety guidelines and maintaining housekeeping standards.

  • Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently; communicate any issues, delays, or stock concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items on a daily basis.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changes.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively with a team.
