About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Off-Plan Specialist with 3+ years of proven Dubai off-plan experience, confident in handling investors, premium clients, and high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into successful off-plan sales
  • Promote and sell projects from Emaar, Dubai Holding, DAMAC, Sobha & other leading developers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end-users
  • Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, and market trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the buying journey

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of off-plan sales experience in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of developers, launches & investment strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • RERA Certification (advantage)
  • Multilingual candidates preferred (German / Spanish a plus)
