Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Specialist Broker based in Dubai. The Off-Plan Specialist Broker will manage end-to-end processes for off-plan property sales, including prospecting potential buyers, presenting property options, and negotiating deals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client network, providing expert guidance tailored to customer needs, staying updated on market trends, and coordinating with developers to secure the best deals for clients. Exceptional customer service and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or off-plan project expertise
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, property listing platforms, and market analysis tools
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • A valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
