We are looking for CORPORATE BANKING Officer (to lead corporate and business baking for the BANK) role FOR Dubai Location is to ensure that that Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit objectives in both traditional banking and virtual asset services

Desired Candidate Profile

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior business development or commercial role within the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in digital banking or fintech.

· Proven track record of driving business growth and managing a diverse team of professionals.

· Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset markets, and the regulatory environment surrounding digital assets.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

· Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

· MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.

· Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

· Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit objectives in both traditional banking and virtual asset services.

· Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders regularly to align business goals, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of innovation while navigating the regulatory landscape of virtual assets, ensuring all services comply with relevant laws and regulations.

· Oversee the sales and relationship management teams, guiding client outreach strategies and sales initiatives to enhance market penetration and brand recognition.

· Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

· Provide leadership and direction to the business, product and relationship management teams, ensuring they are aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.

· Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

· Represent the bank at conferences, panels, events, and in the media as a thought leader in digital banking, blockchain and virtual assets.

· Contribute to the bank's overall leadership as a member of the executive team, participating in global strategic planning and organizational governance.
