We are looking for a Sales Executive Who will be reporting to the Sales Manager. This position will serve as the link between the organization and the customer. The junior Sales Executive is accountable for reporting and providing solution to the technical problem of the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for lift and elevator Annual Maintenance Contracts.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure AMC renewals and upgrades.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment condition and prepare accurate AMC proposals.
  • Prepare and present tailored AMC quotations based on client needs and lift specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure smooth service delivery and contract execution.
  • Keep track of upcoming AMC expiries, follow up with clients for timely renewals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideal candidates for this post must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years Sales experience in elevator field GCC.
  • He must be Dynamic/ Pro-Active, and Creative.
  • He must also possess excellent Analytical, Organization, and sound Negotiation Skills.
  • Must Speak English, Hindi and Arabic knowledge is an advantage
  • He should have a UAE valid Driving License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
