Job Summary:

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient execution of sales processes, and maintaining excellent communication. This role involves coordination, documentation management, and proactive assistance to optimize the effectiveness of the internal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Export sales manager, including managing customer orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales databases.
  • Encoding and approving sales invoice Tally & ERP Systems.
  • Updating statement of accounts of each customer in a timely manner.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the company's products to validate invoice.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company, such as accounts, logistics, sales and to ensure that requirement are fulfilled and delivered on time.
  • Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of sales-related documents.
  • Preparing stock list, checking stocks with daily entries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales support, administration or coordination roles, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Experience with ERP, Tally software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Proven administrative flexibility and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Can speak English and Tagalog languages are preferred.

Work Environment:

The Sales Support Coordinator's base location is JLT, Dubai and will have to work in an office setting, collaborating closely with internal departments.
