Flight Coordinator

Overview

The Flight Coordinator's main role is to organize the services clients request and manage all aspects of flight support — including permits, ground handling, fueling, catering, hotel bookings, crew and passenger transport. The coordinator must ensure services are delivered on time and maintain excellent customer service throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange required services for flights according to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with management on flight planning, reporting, and consultations.
  • Track all scheduled flights and flights en route, from origin to final destination ("flight‑following").
  • Ensure that all necessary services are in place to support timely flight operations.
  • Proactively identify possible delays or problems, anticipate issues, and implement solutions to avoid or reduce delay.
  • Prepare and submit post‑flight summary reports for finance.
  • Select FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) and maintain records of them.
  • Uphold safe practices in line with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Provide client quotations in accordance with management guidelines.

  • Careful attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in flight support or in a flight coordination role is essential.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
