Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Golf Operations Attendant, based in Abu Dhabi(western region). The Golf Operations Attendant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the golf facility, including assisting guests with golf equipment, maintaining equipment and playing areas, and ensuring the overall customer experience. Additional tasks may include managing the setup and maintenance of golf carts, assisting with irrigation needs, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable golf experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and address their needs effectively
- Knowledge of golf operations, including handling golf equipment and understanding the intricacies of the game
- Basic understanding of golf course maintenance and irrigation processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Prior experience in a golf facility or similar setting is an advantage
