Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Manager based in Dubai. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing interior design projects, leading design teams, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders. The role involves creating and reviewing design concepts, managing the development of construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with furniture and joinery teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Management and experience leading design projects
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in Interior Design and Architecture
  • Strong skills in drafting and reviewing Construction Drawings
  • Experience with Furniture design and integration in interior design projects
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and clients
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools is preferred
  • Understanding of materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques
  • At least a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
