Job Description

Design Club LLC is seeking a
highly experienced Interior Senior Project Manager
to join us. This is a full-time role primarily based in the office, with regular visits required to project sites, client meetings, and the company's workshop, depending on project requirements.

The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for managing interior fit-out projects from the
design stage through to final completion and handover
. The role also includes leading and managing a team of engineers, architects, and designers, while coordinating with all internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive, and the Interior Project Manager may be required to undertake additional duties related to project delivery, coordination, and management as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interior fit-out projects from concept, design, and approval stages through execution and final handover
  • Lead space planning and preparation of interior layout drawings
  • Produce and review detailed interior drawings, including shop drawings
  • Conduct site surveys, site measurements, and inspections
  • Manage and coordinate FF&E scope and execution
  • Oversee quality control processes, including inspection of manufactured furniture prior to delivery
  • Coordinate closely with the workshop to ensure on-time production and compliance with approved drawings
  • Supervise, manage, and monitor the work of
    5 engineers/architects/designers
  • Prepare accurate project pricing, BOQs, and quotations based on specifications and site conditions
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Carry out regular site visits for quality control and progress monitoring
  • Provide detailed project status updates and reports to management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience handling
    full interior fit-out projects from A to Z
  • Minimum experience working on multiple interior fit-out projects within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of space planning, architecture, and interior detailing
  • Solid understanding of interior design, FF&E, and fit-out execution
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute interior design and fit-out projects
  • Experience in project pricing, BOQ preparation, and site specification identification
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
    , and other relevant design software
  • Willingness to regularly visit project sites and workshops
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car required
