We are looking to hire a Service Engineer - After Sales to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.

Requirements:

  • Proven After-Sales experience with Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts, Forklifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts.
  • Ability to plan and perform Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on both in-house and on-site equipment fleets.
  • Coordinate After-Sales activities such as deliveries, collections, AMCs and warranty claims to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Practical experience working with brands like Haulotte, Komatsu, JLG, Genie, Palazzani, Bobcat and other similar equipment manufacturers.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and support to technicians in resolving equipment related issues.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and diagrams.
  • Effective communication and reporting abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer, Senior Technician or a similar technical role, with in-depth knowledge of MEWPs and their components.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Expertise in the maintenance, design and troubleshooting of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
