Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-time, on-site position, responsible for consulting with clients on real estate needs, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on suitable properties and market trends in Abu Dhabi
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
  • Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
  • Conduct property viewings and handle all related documentation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional company image

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
