We are looking for a motivated and self-driven
Property Consultant
to join our real estate team on a
commission-only basis
. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct property viewings with clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers and close sales or rental deals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Build and manage a database of clients and listings
  • Coordinate with landlords, developers, and brokers
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
  • Follow company policies and RERA (or local real estate authority) guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous real estate sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of the local property market
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • English required; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be self-motivated and commission-driven

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based
    with pocket money for first two months.
  • Attractive commission structure.
