Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily factory operations and meet production targets.
  • Supervise and train factory staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee material flow, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor KPIs, control costs, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with management, HR, and procurement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of factory/production management experience.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
