Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement & Coordination Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between our factory, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities, prepare submittals, coordinate documentation, and support cross-functional teams to meet project requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quotations, and material availability.
  • Prepare and submit technical submittals and documentation to clients.
  • Obtain certificates (e.g., compliance, quality) and documentation from suppliers.
  • Liaise between the factory and procurement team to clarify and fulfill material requirements.
  • Follow up with clients for approval, document submissions, and clarifications.
  • Track and ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
  • Maintain records of quotations, correspondence, and approvals.
  • Assist with vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
  • Support project and coordination teams with up-to-date procurement status.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of technical documentation (submittals, certificates, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of lighting or metal products is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
