We are seeking an experienced Owners Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of assigned communities. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, effective financial management, and strong communication between owners, board members, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Owners Associations in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Act as the main point of contact for OA Board Members and unit owners
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, service charge calculations, and financial reports
  • Coordinate and supervise facilities management, maintenance, and contractors
  • Organize and attend Board and General Assembly meetings; prepare agendas and minutes
  • Ensure compliance with RERA / local authority guidelines and community rules
  • Handle owner queries, complaints, and dispute resolution professionally
  • Oversee handover processes, audits, and community transitions where applicable

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Owners Association or community management
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and OA regulations
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and service providers
  • RERA certification or equivalent is an advantage
