As the Managing Owner of PureMetal Lifts & Escalators Contracting L.L.C. and

PureMetal Product Coating L.L.C., the primary responsibilities include:

1.    Strategic Leadership

  • Define long-term business goals, growth plans, and market direction.
  • Approve major investments, expansions, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, government authorities, and industry partners.

2.    Business & Operational Oversight

  • Monitor company operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Oversee contracting, fabrication, installation, and coating services performance.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in efficiency, production capacity, and safety.

3.     Financial Control & Budgeting

  • Approve company budgets, financial planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Review financial statements and ensure healthy cash flow and profitability.
  • Control major expenditures and maintain oversight of procurement and payment approvals.

4.    Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure both companies operate in compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Implement and enforce corporate policies, health & safety standards, and ethical business practices.
  • Safeguard company assets, materials, and confidential information.

5.     Management of Key Positions & Workforce

  • Appoint senior management and review their performance.
  • Ensure the availability of skilled manpower and maintain workforce discipline.
  • Foster a professional culture focused on teamwork, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

6.    Sales, Business Development & Client Relations

  • Support strategic sales initiatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in high-value negotiations, tenders, and contract approvals.
  • Represent the company in official meetings and industry exhibitions.

7.    Risk Management & Problem Resolution

  • Monitor business risks related to finance, projects, suppliers, and clients.
  • Make high-level decisions to resolve disputes, delays, or operational challenges.
